A recent addition to this family of great sailboats, the Jeanneau 54 shares some features with the larger 57 and 64 and has a number of its own new innovations. This is an ideal boat for charter, with a spacious cockpit providing room for all aboard while under sail, and easy access to the water while at anchor. Handling is made easy by a rig that is simple to operate short-handed. The interior when configured in charter layout has forward accommodation accessible by hatch, ideal for a hiredd skipper.

The Jeanneau 54 is a great on-deck boat, wirth its design taking the maximum beam well aft. Combine that with a cockpit that reaches nearly a third of the way forward, a sheet layout set well aft to separate the working crew from the loungers, the forward sun deck and optional aft terrace cleverly formed by lowering the transom panel, and you have a fantastic platfoirm for enjoying your days on the water.
Interior accommodation is spacious, as is to be expected of a boat of this length and beam. There are four interior configurations, the two charter versions poviding single cabins forward with access from the hatch. These boats have four or five-staterooms (one single), accommodating a holiday party of up to 9 (or even 10) people.
All in all, the Jeanneau 54 is a very practical and well-performing sailboat to charter.
