The successor to the popular Dufour 445 and 450 models, the 460 GL brings together the best of earlier Dufours to create a craft that's ideal for charter. The Dufour 460 Grange Large's ease of handling and internal configuration work exceptionally well for holiday sailing. The Dufour GL yachts have long been considered very well-balanced boats in stronger breezes. With its wide beam the large cockpit is extremely comfortable and safe. The saloon is well lit with plenty of fresh air through several hatches, and has a general feeling of spaciousness.

The hull of this 13-metre yacht was redesigned to optimise space on board without compromising performance. Sailors appreciate the ease of handling provided by the bow nose equipping the standard version, the ergonomic helm, the self-tacking jib and the optimal motor control. No attention to detail has been spared in creating the perfect relaxation space, with an equipped exterior galley, long sunbathing seats and wide aft transom.
Below decks, the Dufour Grand Large 460 has redesigned living areas for more room and improved comfort, including a bow galley, reading seat and spacious master cabin. Had a great time. The wind was terrific - good fun, but nothing too hairy - exactly what we were looking for to take it up a notch or two from Croatia last year. And the Dodecanese were really good - nice ports, not too crowded (esp compared to Croatia) - just felt a bit more out of the way. DYC were fine - a little bit more on the 'smell of an oily rag' end of things compared to the very efficient German-run scene at Trogir, but it all worked and no real issues. Excellent recommendation Robert - boat and destination - you nailed it!
